The grapes are hand-picked from Mylor in the Adelaide Hills then fermented and and basket press gentle into new and seasoned oak barrels for about 12 months

2016 Syrah 'Three Clone Blend' Cabernet Sauvignon spices and forest floorThe fruit was handpicked then fermented, basket pressed and left to mature over 12 month in oak barrel. Great example of Adelaide Hills cool climate Shiraz. Cherry and rose petals aromas combined with spices of black pepper, cedar shavings and cloves, makes this wine enjoyable. Silky tanning and long aftertaste. It has been cellared for 4 years previous to release. Enjoy!
